We've been working hard to build not only a website that will allow our members to access Gear Up Cycling Studio services, but also to introduce Gear Up Cycling Online Workouts!
Gear Up Cycling is introducing two new ways that will help you train almost anywhere.
Weekly Livestream workouts
Starting August 2020, we are soft-launching exclusively to Founders Livestream workouts once a week on Thursdays at 6:00 PM PST on gearupcycling.ca, Facebook and Zoom.
Starting in September 2020 there will be 2-Livestreams per week (schedule TBA). Those who subscribe as a Founder will have access to the 4 extra livestreams per month at no additional cost.

Online Video Training Library
We will be releasing our video training library over the course of August 2020, with 2 additional videos added to the library every month after.
